Reports Menu
Comments:

Selecting From and To will filter all reports and graphs with those dates. The other, summary information on the form are calculated. Select one (or more) reports and then click GO.

By Month

Comments:

Takes the zones/types entered into defaults and calculates the data.

By Zone

Comments:

Takes the zones/types entered into defaults and calculates the data.

Suggested Paces By Heart Rate

Comments:

Takes the zones/types/races entered into defaults and calculates the data.

Suggested Paces By Pace

Comments:

Takes the zones/types/races entered into defaults and calculates the data.

Runs By Time

Comments:

Enter time increment, press enter, and calculates the data.

Run by Miles

Comments:

Enter mile increment, press enter, and calculates the data.

Race Condition

Comments:

Takes the zones/types entered into defaults and calculates the data.

Race Training Schedules

Comments:

Creates a schedule of 10 weeks before race and from date.

Heart Rate for Pace

Comments:

Enter the pace, and calculates the data.

Comments

Groups by miles run. Now that I have a garmin and each run is to the hundreths of a mile, the report needs work. Probably group by half mile increments (such as pace – see below – is grouped by 5 second increments.)

Report that displays notes and other fields.

Average Heart Rates

Comments:

Enter heart rate increment, press enter, and calculates the data.

Average Pace

Comments:

Enter pace increment, press enter, and calculates the data. The above screen paint is a full shot. The other paints have been cropped.

Personal Statistics

Heart beats per mile

Same data used in one of the graphs.

Milse By Month

Comments

This is a little different than the others. It is best to look at all the data. It displays the month that has the most mileage. The footer has all miles run in the data range, and the total of all the maximum months. The report above is as of 2/2/2008.

Streaks


Comments

This shows the number of days in a row that are run, and also the number of days in a row where no run happens, along with statistics about the time span.

Weight/Distance Spreadsheet


Comments

This shows the miles run in a month and the average weight. It may help determine if too little or too many miles are being run.

Barefoot Spreadsheet


Comments

This shows the frequency of barefoot runs.
